skoda navi can't enter code

Can't enter the code, only first digit is work after curser move to OK.
can't enter (2,3,4,5,6,7,8,9,0)


Can any body help me?
Radio : Skoda NAVI
Model :BNO 881
SKZ1Z7
or any one can post a dump with out code?

Please note that code entry is only possible with the ignition switched on, and in the order shown. If the display continually shows "SAFE" then the unit may be codelocked and will need to be left switched on up for up to two hours to reset before another code entry attempt is possible.


Code Entry as Follows:

Switch ON the Ignition (No need to start car)
Switch Radio On - Display Shows
" Please Enter Your Numerical Code "
Rotate RH Tuning Knob to Select 1st Digit
Press RH Tuning Knob to Enter
Rotate RH Tuning Knob to Select 2nd Digit
Press RH Tuning Knob to Enter
Rotate RH Tuning Knob to Select 3rd Digit
Press RH Tuning Knob to Enter
Rotate RH Tuning Knob to Select 4th Digit
Press RH Tuning Knob to Enter
If the correct code number is now shown
Press " OK " To Enter

my problem is still deferend,
i can only change the first digit only
eg: if my code was 1000, or 1111. it will work.
but my code is 1441, remaining 9 digits can't change.
when i enter first digit then jump curser to OK.

any body has a dump with code 1000,1111.?
or off code.
please help.
