You own a house rent it, the tosssser in it doesn't pay, you can't get the house back to rent again or sell.

locksmiths, most are a bunch of knobs - how often do you EVER get ANY information out of a locksmith?

I called one the other day, as M-H-M on "behalf of a costomer."

The guy had some 'information', what that information is is IMPOSSABLE
to 'discover'* would have HAD to have been told by the maker.

tawt REFUSED to help said i had to BUY the information off him!
as it was something i got for free i tried an educated guess and it worked

*only becasue i was 'told' some of the information, but not enough to be 'safe'
