Sirius34, there is no signal on the second and 3. Coil. This mosfet is defective. Marked cs14c40l. Does anyone know who mosfet can be used as a substitute?

It isn't a mosfet. It is an IGBT.
One compatible type is
IRGS14C40LPBF
Farnell or Digikey have it.
