info apreciated on F3 box

Hi all complete newbie to this been on here a few years and had a Eurovox on cabe a few years ago . I,m now have sky tv and im looking to purchase an F3 box or maybe anything similar and easy to update and install. Now if any one could help much apreciated now firstly do i need a new satellite dish or is the one sky provide adequate and what sort of broadband required .

Sky dish is perfectly fine... Any broadband will be fine.. Any seller on Ebay with good feedback should be fine..
