I have passat b6 with strange problems with doors control module, alarm horn and battery drain. If i erase errors on all doors, they appear again after some time in differernt intervals. Error are
01034 - Electric Window Thermal Protection Active; Driver
01035 - Electric Window Thermal Protection Active; Passenger
01036 - Electric Window Thermal Protection Active; Rear Left
01037 - Electric Window Thermal Protection Active; Rear Right
Car has power electric windows on every door!
Also before a week I disconected battery and driver door was always open without any error after diagnostic! It worked again after some time!
Another problem is Alarm horn H12. I just open horn and repaired some bad contacts, but eroor is still there. Is there a way to test horn without been plugged into the car to see if problem is horn or something else? VCDS test failed and can't connect to alarm horn and made some basic activation tests. Before 2 days i noticed that four blnikers are activated without any reason, the car was in garrage !!!
And last is main problem, battery draining, I think car does not go in sleep mode. I have about 0.8A try to find defective unit with pulling fuses without any success! I also try fuse drop voltage between fuse terminals but situation is same, only after Iremove CCM fuse there is little current drop but it is still above normal. The car should consume about 50ma! If I change CCM can i program myself with VCDS, because I know that imobilizer is in CCM!
So what is your opinion about this strange problem?
