who knows what ecu this is?

From Renault Megane Scenic 2.0i -98

Two black connectors,
inside is siemens mcu and 29f010 plcc32 flash.

Anyone done immo off?

ecu for bva ( boite vitess automatic )

Oh,

this explains alot. Not ECU but TCU.
This is what happens when people bring boxes instead of cars to repair.
