Hi whiskeyman , the procedure is quite simple , you just go to ....

parts functions, add key , get outcode info, enter incode info it will then ask you to switch ignition on with new key within 5 seconds , do so then do the same with other key then it will start.

i have also heard that the clone ids sumtimes doesnt recognise the ignition going off and on and this would cause a problem when coding keys mate.

hope this helps you.

Try this....

When it asks you to put ignition on you usualy have 10 seconds so when it says put on do so and wait 9 seconds before hitting tick as it will give the clone more time to pick up ignition going on !!

give it a try and let us know.

do you have the RIGHT TRANSPONDER in the key?
W1 carbon I think.
I have had keys supplied from dealer that had glass transponder when a carbon one is specified

PS: PATS light always stops blinking when in security function and NO manual procedure

Try using ID60 chips. Transit use id 63 after 2007 ;)

agree , try using ID60 glass chip as transit used these until the new id63 chip in the blue remote in 2007 onwards , if a 2006 then you should be using 4d glass id 60
