Subaru Outback convert

Hi all

Can someone tell me is there possibility to change fahrenheit and miles to celsius and kilometres from dash dump???Car from USA 2011 Subaru Outback 2.5.Also be good to change radio frequency to european.Who having experience with it share please.

you need to do an ecu change,the dash and speed sensor to get those to convert

you mean that i can pull out dump from ecu and change it?the dash too?but speed sensor sends impulse to ABS and then to the dash.there is no way for modification.am i right?
