Hello mates,
Can anyone tell me how to read this ECU in BDM mode?
Or where are located BDM pads on this ECU.
I want to clone it.

Thanks

i also think the same... but it is very hard to get on the back side.
i think it is glue like EDC7UC31 from Iveco/MAN.

maybe somebody has some information where are located simillar pins on this side.

BDM is in another side of pbc, like emilio said the best solution to remove pcb without demage is heat and very carefully to dont bend the pcb. The pinout you can find in wiki obdtuning.

i?m not sure, but i think your ECU don?t have eprom, Eprom is emulated in flash, in this case you can read by obd and clone if have another with same part number.

I can confirm that's on the back (EEPROM and BDM port) It is hard to separate from the bottom heat sink thou.

Becarefull not to damage or chip out surface resistors there are tons of them :s
