W203 EIS change help needed

Hello , Need help with 200 year,W203 , C200 K. mechanik tranny, ECU # A 000 153 25 79, EIS # 203 545 01 08. The problem is eis completely damaged. cannot read both MCU (inside 2 2j74y).
Question is should i change it with used EIS with another reference # 203 545 06 08 .(this one is automatic transmission)
If change is possible what should i do when make adaptation with virgin ecu and esl.
