I need Immo Off in the Eeprom 95160 from 206 2002 1.4L HDI EDC16C3 0281010707.

Your file don't work. The ecu is always locked in PPS.

I used a 281011089 ecu and i replaced AM29BL802 and eeprom 95160 by old but the car don't start.I must to find a 0281010707 ecu and replace/unlock 95160.
