Bmw e46 MKIII navigation

Hi i have problem with mk3 navigation it has problew with black screen and flickers sometimes. Ovner told me that they try to upgrade software and they insert cd and when it start with upgrade they try to start car and after that they could not eject cd from MKIII cd rom and there is no picture anymore, DRAINED BATTERY. Now when i start the car i can see and hear that disc is spining and trying to read cd the it stops. I try to reset it with fuse and could not. 15 min removed fuse in load area and hold pressed eject button when returning fuse.
