G2 soft run now error windows message

hi friends

i use one time G2 with software ( without activation ), run ok !
after i activate another software ( need key activation ) , activation successfull

but now i can't run software , always i have windows error message from XP ( ask me if i want send error to Windows )

anybody can help me ?

Have you tried to repair FT232 eeprom with the usbfix?

yes work fine, trouble solved ;)
just one remark, after write eeprom, i need disconect USB and reconnect it, after sw work fine ;)

i post usbfix incluing video and my eeprom readed ;) maybe is usefull for other people
