Hello all

I need some help I have 2 clusters from vw golf 6
one :
scale to 240km/h
sw 0605
hw h03
5k0920 862a

second :
scale to 280km/h
sw0406
hw h04
5k6920 871a

the first one is orginal from car the 2 i want to install , unfortunetly when i want to instal 2 in the car is protected so need to be done adaptation but i cant to do it, so i think maybe i can only change the speed plate from 2 to first one and recalibrate speed for the first one? orr maybe you have any other idea . I get AVDI basic and other programmers for vag group.

If you just need to get a different scale it would be more efficient to change dump of original cluster. Are you able to upload?

that can be difficult because all data is in nec D70F3426GJIAI
and I didnt see any eeprom in this cluster. also the hardware is different and I think If change dump from new one to orginal also I need change pin inthis cluster ?

Did you check both sides of your board? For sure there is one.

With AVDI you can change dash.
All you need to do is to swap Immo data form original to used one.
What other tools you have ?

Not very difficult.
Eeprom is under speed disc, you need to take that off.
Also data from one eeprom can be upload to another one but w/o immo area.
Remember - some part of eeprom also has checksum.
What I can say - have fun, few hours and you will get what you want.
