As I know not possible, only with virgin dump and WP eeprom, and without immo box, but this is not good solution at all, ECU will not be able to store DTC' with WP eeprom...
Why don't you just program a new transponder? It's easy and cheap.

rumor has it starts 50 times then immo on.
