gq-4x error on write

hi all
i am trying to write flash am29f200bb of renault reading ok but when i try to write it it give me error :

Write failed, Address=0x000002, Buffer=0xE4 Device=0xC0

some one know how to solve it ?

take the chip out, run a fine sandpaper on the contacts of the chip. then put it on again and try .

also gq-4x does not erase prior to write, thick the erase option as well.

you have to clean the IC pins and also choose the slow speed .

thanks , ok i clean the legs with scapel now i have id check ok , and it start writeing and stay on 6%.whay should i do ? do i need to give programmer external 12V ?
