Abrites on fiat ecu ?

Anyone tried abrites avdi on edc16 fiat/alfa/lancia with obd2?
1.9/1.6/1.3 myet

Or any other suggestions on goot tool that does these ecu-s via obd2. Dp3 is very poor on these.
Anyone tried smok fiat tool , I see it does edc15 and 16 also/
