View Full Version : CAS3+ AND ECU ALIGNMENT

Hello,

i have problem matching/aligning BMW CAS3+ and MSV70 ecu.

Car is E90 with old ecu water damage, i bought used ecu and read the ISN code with bmwkeycoder.
i then match ISN code in CAS3+ with MSV70 ecu.

After this, i try to synchronize cas and ecu but it will not work.

this is always the normal procedure i use all the time with CAS2 and CAS3 and it works fine, but it seems CAS3+ works different.

My friend told me i need to write EWS4 SECRET KEY (16 bytes) into MSV70 ECU, but i have no idea how to do it.

i will appreciate your help.

hi,

the tools i am using does not require no dumps to retrieve ISN codes.
I am using BMWKEYCODER and BMW ISN Editor from https://avtotools.com/index.php?categoryID=98

both tool can retrieve ISN CODES without dumps.

i only need the procedure to match the 16bytes EWS4 SECRET KEY to ECU or better still virgin ECU MSV70 if only
it is possible?

post the dump of your cas and i'll give you ews4 secret code.but it is 128 byte if i remember well.

please poste dumps for ecu and cas3+

Hi, You can help me register 128bit ISN from MSV80 to EWS4.4 ? Or tell me ISN 128bit from the dump of EWS4.4 so that I registered it in MSV80.
