xbox flashing basically means that you write a custom firmware to the 360's dvd drive to allow it to play copies/back ups.

I have doen mine and a quite a few others

can you flash all drives or only certain brands?

all drives can now be flashed via differant methods.
Liteons came out around xmas time and was the last 1s to be cracked.
