Cas4 2011 BMW F01

Could anyone please help me , is there anywhere in Europe I can buy cas4 coded to the car ? So I don't need to program ? Plug n play ? Dealerships here r a rip off, they told me there is no coded cas4, u have to buy uncoded, then code it to the car at the dealership ?

haha.....no ,
all cas come allready coded...... i was change 3 cas4....but maybe its coded only for sweden....dont now
some dealers say that...but when its come, its come with VIn and coding already inside
price is 220e-280e.....i dont know what is diference in price

its only plug and play
