Modus / Clio UCH question

Hi,
needed to swap a UCH on a Modus no problem just swap eeprom contents
( 95160 )

Didn't work, no immo light. So tried anothe, that didn't work either.

Anyone done this?

Is eeprom pared to micro?

what will read above chip.

Or am I just having a bad day and the eeprom swap should have done the trick?

try read org and write to new uch

I would say than for example firmware inside MCU's are not tottaly the same...so perhaps all data inside eeprom are not on the same positions... or the old eeprom is corrupted somehow.

Hi, So you think swapping 95160 should do the job?

First I thought that I had fitted eeprom wrong way around but I have checked with utouched one and it is correct.

I will get UCH back from garage and try agin.

Fault = tailgate opens on its own.
