Hello all, I have a new tv and I have connected it to my router through a wire but I want to connect a seperate router to the tv so I can remove the cable so I need my 2 routers to connect to each other wirelessly the main router is HUAWEI HG533 and I want to connect it to HUAWEI HG523a these both have WPS buttons but I cant seem to work out how to do it in the router settings?
Can anyone help?

Just looked at a homeplug on ebay a good idea but I dont want to spend any money and I am waiting for a wireless adapter but in the mean time I want to connect the 2 routers so I can watch movies from my pc to tv.

i am pretty sure it can be done as long as one router supports ap mode

if you want to connect 2 wirless routers, your best option is to install ddwrt or tomato firmware on it (if it supports it) and the a repeater bridge between the 2 wireless routers.

heres the link how to do it with DDWRT but all depends if the bridge router is supported which there is a link to see supported routers -

just checked and its not supported with DDWRT, I've just started looking into this aswell and luckily i have a netgear which is supported, i've not checked out tomato as read that DDWRT is alot easier and more stable than tomato
- think your best bet is to look at there list of supported routers and find a cheap secondhand one, mainly netgear are supported
