Vw Polo 2008 1.4 16v Bsi Problem

After this change of used bsi (old is destroyed) the car can not start and many of the lights on the dashboard is off (e.t.c check engine light,altenator light.) and from Obd can not do diagnosis.I tried another used bsi and have the same problem.I check everything wires,fuse,relay.file is from used bsi.any help please.

sounds like a high reistanse positve connection in the fusebox area, or a multi plug in wrong or not at all.

is there an earth on the dynamo, do the trafficators work?
