Vectra key dump

Hi all

If someone could help me with this one...

I have a virgin dump form a Vectra C old style 3 button
In Hitag PG.1-3 are loading ok & PG 4-7 are ok

But none of the center rows will highlight green plz see photo below

Will this still pre-load the central locking on a PCF 7946

I also have a key dump off here (photo2)
but not quite sure how to load the info into the hitag


Any help would be great
