BMW 120d not start ecu exchange

I have to replace the ECU of a 2007 BMW 120d, I've got the same ECU l but "used", and I have only the original car EEPROM.
alignment is possible?

hi thanks, the original car ecu can not be read, no communication, and not let it be read by BDM, I can only rescue the eeprom.

try to find same beckup with same sw and hw and write your eeprom.
try this and see with opps if have error.
