It literally means it has switched to another satellite, If you are referring to the 28.2? frequency's then yes some popular packages have been taken off Astra 2B and put back on 1N and a couple of them form 2A as well switched to 1N.

Story is there is a slight problem with Astra 2F and so instaed of sending 1N to 19.2? east they are now sending 2B there to cover while they sort out the problem.

Bit of a problem for european users as we all know they footprint on 1N only covers the UK so any channels that appear on there will be lost to mostly everyone else in europe as was the case before
