I recently bought a clone fgthec with mercedes actros modules work well but with volvo fh12 380 420'm afraid to write file because several files copied by volvo diagnostic socket and it seems that does not copy the file correctly.

the file is recognized with the ecm Titaniun ..... but anyone who already have used in volvo fgthec could tell if this correct copy of the attached file volvo.

I hope that you find the solution for use on 'all the computers would be great!! I think ... 'are USB ports that do not communicate with dongle and interface ....

two days ago, I also ordered one from uobd2.com, after I install fgtech galletto 2 v53, it can not work. Then I have to contact their engineer for help. They told me these tips I share with you:
1. fgtech v53 needs "NTFS" format hard disk, not FAT32
2. Change the computer system time as: 2013.1.1
3. Intel processor Core=2000Hz ? RAM =2.0GB computer configuration
4. Delete all of the old FGtech software in the computer.
5. Unload anti-virus software.

I found the solution for the problem with chinese clone v53 with dongle, but cannot test it on other PCs, i have only one laptop and it works for me. eobd.exe starts and sees the device, but i did not tested it on ecu.
The solution is very simple and will be free for all DK members with more than 100 posts or 20 "thanked", just send PM to me. Hope it is not against forum rules, and you understand, i just don't want to make chinese business easier.

Actually it has to be usb i remove then reinsert. low voltage then shows power, if i interrupt obd or 12v p/supply no difference, has to be usb interrupt then all ok ....

Not only single Motorola family of MPC5xx that with BDM feature implimented.

I keep using a universal programmer on those jobs but if v53 is working that would ease the jobs of cloning and virginisation this family of ECU's. The menu to support the MCU's by BDM is already there, by Mr. 2200's image. I hope someone would be interested and would help to test. I've made the BDM pinout photo (not existing in the manual). Not buying it now because if not working I already have v52.

Need help reprogramming eprom of Clone FG V53 3 leds, I was trying to install and accidentally loaded the wrong file to eprom (was loading the fix 1 eep solution), afortunatelly saved original dump and now need to reload for recover interface who can tell me steps and way to reprogram this MCU or exists an external eep?
