I would like to know how it's possible that my gearbox can't engange , for example, I chose direct mode and just pass till 2nd and the throttle pedal doesn't response, The only thing that we made in this transmission was change the clutch and disconnect the TECU, any ideas?

the clutch might need to be calibrated.

did you unlock the clutch after installation

Try and take off the battery cable and reset the TCU (computer) and it should work. I have two trucks with this same problem and I took off the battery cable for 5 minutes and reconnected and everything worked again. Good luck.

thanks for your replies but discconecting the battery didn't change anything :/ I checked all fuses, relays, TCU wiring, sensors, no fault codes.

I removed the screws from the clutch after the installation

When I drive the truck the shift showed on panel it's just 1st and when you press the throttle pedal you dont get response and in manual way you engange 2nd and the throttle it's dead.

I've tried all what could be , the only thing that's missing its the trans brake, or would be a waste of time check that?

i don't see how the trans brake would affect the throttle response. Do you have the means to monitor the tps?

no abs light showed on the panelboard , When I start the engine you can hear 2 little increases of RPM with no faults but with this problem you cant hear it , and when I put on D gear you get 2000RPM but dont give the gear

Input shaft speed sensor hooked up correct?, There are 2 sensors on top of the transmission that will plug into each other, and I believe its the input and output speed sensors.

Hie guys!

Can anyone help me, i have a client who has an ISX and it has and EATON Fuller Automatic transmission gearbox.
It is not engaging Reverse, high range gears and sometimes no gears at all.
It gives flash code 14 SID 9 which says invalid lever position.
Now we have replaced the gear lever, loom to the gearbox ECU and the rail sensors.
The flash code goes inactive then active continuously.

What could possibly be wrong?

check the grey multiplug under the cab it has a red clip to unlock the multiplug common fault
