audi 2.5 no voltage on fuel pump reley

motor is BAU 132kw 2004.
on pin 85 where should the ground i have +12V.
on pin 86 I have nothing
this cable on 85 comes with the ecu
is it some protection?
the car ran out of gas
sometimes show 17583/P1175/004469 - Pre-Injection Turned Off

and if you were to run out of fuel see This air in the system, the needle!, Dismantle the pump and check everything
