toyota vanguard (RAV 4) immo virgin

need help for a year 2008 toyota vanguard with all key lost
need to virgin data smart key box & immo box to registered key, tried using data from estima acr 50 smart key box & immo box virgin data, ignition can be on but it will not register smart key, attached is the original data from vehicle

tried using these 2 virgin files, first step ignition on OK, try to register smart key with toyota DST 2 tester, first step touch the key to start button , beep OK, second step the register key buttons does not appear, let it run for 30 seconds & register fail, anyone can help please

Program with sbb, t300 or ci prog and sync for 30 mins.

File tested and car started for rav4.
