i have a new chip u9280m .
If i replace that for the renault key. one will it work like virgin?

I would say my opinion.
Transponder yes, but remote won't work because remote part, or RC oscillator must be prepared with special development programmer for this chip which is expensive. New microcontrollers are usually empty. The same thing is with nxp/philips PCF79XX. You can program transponder with Hitag2, and remote section filled up, but at the end remote frequency 433.92MHz won't go out. Chinese solved this with pcf's but only if you buy complete remote key, remote will work. So don't buy empty chip.
Since it is complicated, question is where to buy new virgin remote for clio1 ID33 with U9280 mcu ???
