Range Rover Steering Column Module

I have 2005 Range Rover with known problem with the Steering Column Control Module failed. The car wont start. I have attached the pictures of the module. The Main Chip on the board is XC93222CFN. I`m wondering which chip I would have to desolder and transfer to new "used" module to get it to work with my car. Hopefully is just hardware issue not software.
