tuner failed dm500hd (help)

ok i just bought the dm500hd. i loaded me channels on to it no problem. and i configured the tuner to 28.2e. the problem is most of the sub channels i get tuner failed message. and no picture when i scan for the channels i find them all ok. its just when i try to watch one i get tuner failed message. plz help me lol

you wont be able to view sub channels.. only fta channels
