Hi Guys,

Up to date I had 3 customers with this certain problem. Their remotes started to loose range, and at the end they had to push a certain button 3-4 times to open the doors. They thought it may be battery problem (PLIP BATTERY SPLENT notification was not present on the main screen!), so they replaced them, and from this point they can not open/close the car, the fobs are dead.

They start the engines, but they won't sync up to the BSI.

BUT! Here comes the weird thing. In BSI when checking parameters none of the buttons seem to do anything. Their status do not change. On the other hand when I check the same in the COM2000, the corresponding value switch from OFF to ON.

So the COM2000 can see the fob buttons, and even shows which one is pressed, but this does not happen in the BSI.

What can be the cause for this?
