where is the VIN nr from ZKE mini

where is the VIN nr from ZKE mine i have change it but now the Vin nr is not correct I tray with BMW 3in 1 but no succes

Last 7 of vin is at address 0x640 in the eeprom part of the mcu.

Hallo Smokey we have test it but the mcu is the org we have only changed the 93c76 eeprom from another ZKE
the problem wash may client lost the data from this eeprom
other solution?
