206 hdi Ecu problem

dear friends i am checking a car.it gives thiS errors(206 hdi)

multiplexing absence of built in system interface communication

multiplexing enigne ecu dead (edc16c3 euro3)can communication engine ecu dead

intake air temperature signal open circuit or short circuit to + ve

fuel preassure signal short circuit to positive or open circuit

engine speed no signal

acceleration pedal signal 2 short circuit to psitive or open circuit

impact detection impact information sent bt he airbag

pre heating relay circuit spark plugs permanently supplied.

Car is carnking but not start.What is problem?

check the bm34 fusebox under the bonnet does bsi show faults.
