BMW dash virgin

Hello,

I have a generally question because I dont found any informations about it...
How I can make BMW dashboards virgin? Can I use NCS expert or another programm?
Can I do this on my bench or only in car?

I hear about a company who can make BMW ecu, dash and other devices virgin without to open.
Normaly I program all stuff on low level but it is much easier to make it about diagnose...
