hi i have got R4 SD/HC SAYS - revolution for ds (ndsl/nds) got it working on normal ds but not on dsi can any 1 help with correct firmware

that card is incompatable with dsi....

the r4 sdhc card can only work on ds, it is not available for dsi. You need to buy a r4i sdhc card for dsi.
