how do i start the epg in bouquet list mode?

hi, i have reinstalled blackhole and bouquets but i cant get the epg to start with bouquet lists. anyone able to help

i.e. screen no longer looks like this

SKY HD CHANNELS
ENTERTAINMENT
NEWS
DOCUMENTARIES
SPORTS
MOVIES

etc..
