I read ecu sid803 95320 eep, Cem mc9s12 eep
(1k79X).
ABS ID is 000000191582.

Hey,

kindly allow me use this thread. I find it has issues similar to my 2001 Volvo V70 2.4.
I would likt to know how to syncronise a used CEM with the existing system on the car.
To cut a long story short, for a reason unknown to me from the previous owner, the car was starting and running fine, but the power windows were not working, and so was the dash. No lighjt except the engine check light.
I bought a new CEM which matched the original CEM as the previous owner gave it to me, I swapped out the flash chip, put it in the new CEM, car started fine, and went back to the original problems. I noticed with VIDA that the CEM shows a different VIN from the ECU.

any hlep will be very highly appreciated.

Hi Guys
I have a volvo c30 with cem/ecu sync issue, i have read the two modules and carried out the sync and abs serial number correction with iprog but the vehicle still wont start and still has error in pcm.
can somebody sync the two files again for me in case i have made an error.

tool says bad dump but I have compared it with others and it seems to be fine. Could someone check if everything is correct to be able to insert id abs and synchronize cem with sid803a.

Your files are synced.

Does it crank? What DTCs you have in ECM & CEM?

Your problem is not for sure in sync.

- first check fuel pressure while cranking (maybe clogged fuel filter, or air leak etc..)
- 3A00 in cem is because software in ECU is already modified (maybe tune, dpf, egr etc..)
