I need help with this unit,I read eeprom 5pin 24c16 and this is dump,but what tool read tms470,

I get code from ford dealer and is 0948 but how to insert code,variant with push buton "6" not working

Use J-Link EDU to read TMS or I would prefer J-Link Clone. Or get Martech tool to unlock set maybe.
