Is there a way to assign the green button to toggle aspect ratio

Using OpenPLi here and would like to easily toggle aspect ratio on certain channels easily and then switch back on other channels. Is there a plugin or something?

Don't want to have to go through so many menu pages to do this once and then exit as many times.

go to plugins > software management > download and install this plugin called quickbuttons

then open this and choose the button you want to assign to change to 4:3 ratio

reboot the box and you have to long press to change the aspect ratio of your channel

flye, thanks for this but the detection of a long press on my harmony remote controller with the dm800 is finicky.

I'm actually using your compiled openpli with chinese epg at the moment and noticed that the green quickbutton doesn't have any function mapped by default. Just wondering if you are able to map it to cycle through the available 4:3 aspect ratio? Or even just open a menu with the options selectable using keys 1-4?

the closest i could find for single click to change the aspect ratio is thru this plugin

however you can only assign the "help" key to do it.

the green key is reserved for "yes" in some options so you can't really re assign to something else.

the help key is useless anyway, so might as well assign to something useful.

I'm happy with my pli image and most probably won't do another one unless there's something big.
