Can i upgrade graphics and audio?

I have a Hp Compaq 6000 pro small form factor pc had it for a few years now not had many problems with it was just wondering if i could upgrade the graphics and audio to hdmi? never touched anything inside it as been working fine just thought about upgrading as i could run it through my amp along with me Xbox and sky instead of having loads of cables

There seems to be a few different specs for this setup ... which spec do you have currently ... take the cover off and post a pic if your not sure
