why do immo car problem which is

There was UCH dead, someone changed UCH from another car but didnt swap data.Now I have original keys , swapped data from original to new UCH,keys are learned but engine ECU is locked.LED is blinking ,when I turn on LED light still.

if you have used the orginal eeprom there theoryetically should be no reasons, why there are no reasons, tell me why it shoun't start unless the MCU corrupted the orginal dump.

what does diagnostic say

is this 12volt or 24?

It's 12v ,maybe the other UCH has changed data in ECU engine.Here is dump from original UCH 93c66.
