You have 10935km and 290,2mh.
Here is 1000km:
00 0B 56 8A 02 03 E8 00 08 9D BF 39 0A 7D 00 5B
This row is twice, but anyway if you try program it you will end with zero km and mh.
Then for the first time you can set mileage in service menu (push SET and keep).

For reset "ODO" and "H" is not necessary connect with PC:
- disconnect wheel sensor
- remove battery
- press and hold buton "O" and "+" and "-"
- install battery
- release buttons
- wait few seconds to start (now ODO = 0 H=0)
to set new ODO: (it's possible only one time after reset)
- when on display is ODO press and hold 3-5sec "O"
- /now you are in menu/ press "O" to select ODO (blinking)
- press "+" to go setup and using "+" and "-" set new value
- press and hold 3-5 sec "O" to save
other options (LAP/MAX/S1 etc.)
when blinking press "+" to activate option or "-" to deactivate
press and hold 3-5 sec "O" to save
(check KTM owner's manual)
set new H is impossible :( (or I dont know how)
How calculate checksum ?
eg.: 00 0B 56 8A 02 03 E8 00 08 9D BF 39 0A 7D 00 5B

There is not possible to change mth without erasing DATA area but when I erased it, the CODE dump (which is protected before reading) was wiped as well. And there is no chance to recover it.
