Audi A6 mileage change problem

Today I changed mileage on a 2004 Audi A6 3.0 tdi when I changed mileage I put an extra 0 in the mileage, when I tried to change mileage again the machine gets to 62% and says a time out error occurred receiving SSOH. In using Smelecom DSP3 machine

Also the mileage on the car does not count up.

Anybody know what could be the problem

disconnect battery for 5 mins and try again

Disconnected battery for 10 mins but same problem

Disconnected cluster for half hour still no luck the trip counter miles work but the the mileage total does not move it's on 880999, I was supposed to put it to 88000.

When I connect machine it reads mileage as 386543 which was original mileage before problem started

What chip is inside this cluster

If that Audi is 4F body (I think it is), so there 95160 eprom inside, but some areas (including ODO) are encrypted, so need to know a crypto code, and crypto code is in processor. If do you have anythink to read and write it by OBD2 (couse it is not that easy to remove dash on 4F) read it and post it. Also you can ask for technical support from smelecom.
It would be more easy if it would be 4B body.

I am having real trouble with a A4 B5 VDO Dash, read the mileage and changed it, as I pressed the Reset ECU button in VAG K+Can Commander it said that this command is only supported by VDO and some MM ECU's, although if I read it again it reads the changed value but on the dash is still the old displayed. WTH should I try ? disconnect battery or...? it's the first VDO cluster I am having problems with
