Have same problem. Mine bsi is valeo K02 from 307 2005.
Epprom between two boards. I have done good reading and its no easy to do this bsi. Data can be very easy corrupted reading in circuit via solder points on the back.
There is no many posts about this, would like to know what is the best and safety way to do it?
Someone have 100% working solution for this bsi??

Smok tool can do it via obd but 05-up...

I think that best solution is to desolder two bords of bsi and than desolder eerpom and read on external programmer.

I've used these connection for different machines and it works fine, as for UPA even though I have it, I've never tried it on the BSI

Someone posted an easier method of altering the mileage using a screw at the back of the dash. Have not tried it myself. Search forums and you will find it

Batantball and you never corrupted the file reading in circuit bsi?
Reading with ups should be done with 5v or 3.3v?

Hi,

Where to change in UPA from 5V to 3.3V? I can't find anywhere how to change this. Only thing I can see is chip type 'M25P10 - 3.3V' and couple simmilar just above ST95160 on the list

EDIT:

OK, I tried with Xprog and read + verify OK. But the BSI is probably corrupted, can someone check this file for me? Car came to me without working key with flat battery. I tried read pin via OBD after battery re-charge but no luck. Now lack of some electricity in car ie. not working wipers, some lights, turn signals OK but cannot hear them. I don't know if flat battery caused this or my tool when I was trying to read because I have no idea if those thing were working before car came to my workshop.
