it has 3506 km and i want to change to 2000

Paper and pencil .. and calc I guess . D8 00 inverted 00 D8 . to dec = 216 * 16 = 3456.. think you can work it out now ?

the km has protwction of checksum. i cannot calculate in the moment.can someone change thw km in 2000
