FORD S-MAX 2007 / km jump back

FORD s-max 2007 / 24C16 eeprom / dash with the wide screen (see attachment).

Problem :
1/ programming the dash with OBDII (DP3 tool) is oke, but km jumped back to original after few km.

2/ programming the dash direct on the eeprom : same problem, km come back after few time/few kilometers drive

3/ put other dump from same dash inside : same problem, km jumped back to original

4/ put complete OTHER DASH in the car : same problem, this other dash take over the original km from car !!!


So where is the second memory ????
(I did a lot of those S-max, but first time i encounter this problem)

we also had one of this with same problem.
tryed almost everything and still mileage jump back.
i think secondary mileage is maybe in key.
but could not try it because costumer took car back and had sold it.
