KTS-500 isa card

hello!
i'm trying to get working kts500 on win98 and therefore i have esi 2007/1.
2007/1 is succesfully installed on win98 with new installer for win98.

kts500 is not displayed in the DDC, becouse of the driver.

pc configuration:
some old pc pentium3 600mhz, 384mb ram, KTS500 ISA CARD..

can someone help me with the driver?

i managed to install kts 500 final edition but now i need a cdkey? could someone please make a cdkey? on pm, thank you.
